Applegate Properties is a small, family-owned real estate company based in Concord, North Carolina. We buy houses and land across North and South Carolina, and we build new-construction homes within about an hour of Charlotte.
Our goal is simple: help property owners understand their options and move forward with clear information, fair offers, and a process that’s easy to follow.

Applegate Properties was founded by Jason Corley, who spent years working in the electrical and HVAC trades before moving into real estate.
That background shapes how we look at properties. We pay attention to what a house actually needs, explain it in plain terms, and build new homes with the same practical eye.
What started as a one-person operation has grown into a small team. The approach hasn’t changed: answer the phone, tell people the truth about their property, and do what we say we’ll do.
