Sell Land
Land you no longer need, evaluated on its own terms.
From small infill lots to larger acreage, we’ll look at what you have and talk through what a sale could look like.
What we evaluate
Every parcel is different.
Zoning, access, utilities, topography, and location all affect what a piece of land is worth and how it can be used. We look at those details with you so the conversation is grounded in the actual property.
Land is sometimes inherited, held for years, or bought for plans that changed. Whatever the reason, we’re glad to take a look.
Vacant & infill lots
Residential lots in established neighborhoods and developing areas, including lots between existing homes.
Acreage & wooded land
Larger tracts, wooded parcels, and rural land across North and South Carolina.
Inherited parcels
Land passed down through family that owners would rather sell than hold, maintain, or pay taxes on.
The process
From first call to closing.
Share the parcel details.
The address or parcel ID, approximate size, and anything you know about access or utilities.
We research the land.
We review zoning, location, access, and comparable land sales, and may visit the property.
Review the offer and decide.
We explain our offer and terms. You decide whether it’s the right next step — no obligation.
Your inquiry
What to include when you reach out.
You don’t need everything on this list. Share what you have, and we’ll take it from there.
- The property address or county parcel ID
- Approximate acreage or lot size
- Road access and whether utilities (water, sewer or septic, power) are available
- How the land is currently used — wooded, cleared, farmed, or vacant
- Anything you know about zoning, easements, back taxes, or title questions
- Your timeline and what you’re hoping to accomplish
Add these details in the “Anything else we should know?” box on the form below, or call (704) 791-9927.
Questions
Common questions about selling land.
Do I need a survey to get started?
No. A parcel ID or address is enough to begin. If a survey is needed later in the process, we’ll talk about it with you.
What if the land has no road frontage or utilities?
Tell us what you know. Access and utilities affect value and use, and we’ll factor them into our evaluation rather than ruling the property out automatically.
What if there are back taxes or title issues?
Many title questions can be resolved through the closing process. Let us know what you’re aware of so we can talk through the options.
Am I obligated to accept an offer?
No. Requesting an offer is free and comes with no obligation.
Where do you buy land?
We buy land across North and South Carolina. Contact us and we’ll let you know whether your parcel is in an area we work.
